Linfangioma progresivo adquirido

Abstract
El linfagioma progresivo adquirido es un tumor vascular muy infrecuente, localmente tiene un comportamiento agresivo. Se caracteriza a nivel histológico por la proliferación de vasos dilatados variados con finas paredes, recubiertos de un endotelio plano sin atipias, y con el aspecto de fibras de colágeno seccionadas. Esta condición inicia de manera asintomática como una placa parda eritematosa con un progresivo crecimiento. Una escisión simple es por lo general curativa y en ocasiones se ha observado regresión espontánea. Se reporta un caso de un paciente masculino de 49 años con linfagioma progresivo adquirido. El paciente presentaba una lesión nodular, aproximadamente de 1 cm de diámetro, clínicamente dolorosa a la palpación, que se localizaba en el borde interno del pie izquierdo con evolución de 5 años.
